His professional experience to date has resulted in well-rounded skills across a number of key disciplines allowing him to make decisions in a highly considered manner, and ensuring that project objectives and client expectations are always met. This experience includes on-site construction works, design and engineering, design management, and client-side project management with Tier 1 consulting firms in the Australian market.Grants background is originally in civil engineering consulting where he often worked on complex and sensitive design solutions that required the input of multiple disciplines.
