New Garage and Internal Modifications

Seeking a revamped and expanded space at home, our clients sought a remodelling of their kitchen and bathroom, with a new attached garage. The tranquil outlook of this home presented many bushfire related challenges through the DA and Construction Certificate Stages.

We provided full-service design and project management to this project, from concept design through "shovel ready", inclusive of concept design, development application through LMCC, and obtaining a construction certificate.

The property is within the flame zone and required early engagement with a bushfire consultant right from the concept design stage, through to construction. The highest level of bushfire protection measures were implemented throughout the design, ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements, whilst maintaining an affordable yet functional design outcome.
