Luxury Granny Flat @ Cameron Park, NSW

This new granny flat boasts two cozy bedrooms, and open plan living that leads onto a large covered alfresco complete with outdoor kitchen. Accompanying the design is a new in-ground pool adjacent the alfresco. To the rear, there are elevated and uninterrupted views of the natural bush.

The granny flat is positioned behind an existing home on a site with over 4m of fall. This required a tiered retaining wall to be incorporated into the design. We prepared a design documentation from concept design through to construction, working closely with the lead town planner to successfully deliver this engagement.
