This private 1-bedroom rural dwelling blends functionality with tranquility to form the ultimate escape. With its unique U-shaped design and central alfresco its the perfect spot for outdoor entertaining and relaxation. The oversized garage and workshop provide plenty of space for life on the farm.

Luxury Granny Flat

This new granny flat boasts two cozy bedrooms, and open plan living that leads onto a large covered alfresco complete with outdoor kitchen. Accompanying the design is a new in-ground pool adjacent the alfresco. To the rear, there are elevated and uninterrupted views of the natural bush.

The granny flat is positioned behind an existing home on a site with over 4m of fall. This required a tiered retaining wall to be incorporated into the design. We prepared a design documentation from concept design through to construction, working closely with the lead town planner to successfully deliver this engagement.

We’ve maximised space and comfort in this home, transforming a 3-bed single story home, into a spacious 4-bed dream home, moving 3 bedrooms into the upstairs extension, and creating ample living and entertaining space downstairs, whilst ensuring privacy and seclusion to the main bedroom at the front of the house.

Second-story Extension (fast tracked approval via CDC) @ Metford, NSW

4-Bedroom Family Home

This former cottage will be transformed into a 4-bedroom family home. The private upstairs main bedroom is a true escape, complete with an ensuite and secluded deck. 
A new double garage accompanies the main home and includes an upstairs loft space perfect for storage or hobbies.

New Garage and Internal Modifications

Seeking a revamped and expanded space at home, our clients sought a remodelling of their kitchen and bathroom, with a new attached garage. The tranquil outlook of this home presented many bushfire related challenges through the DA and Construction Certificate Stages.

We provided full-service design and project management to this project, from concept design through "shovel ready", inclusive of concept design, development application through LMCC, and obtaining a construction certificate.

The property is within the flame zone and required early engagement with a bushfire consultant right from the concept design stage, through to construction. The highest level of bushfire protection measures were implemented throughout the design, ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements, whilst maintaining an affordable yet functional design outcome.
